  • Establishing team infrastructure

  •  Acquisition and restoration of the site for a Living Museum of Built Heritage and Crafts

  • Building construction, repair and renovation of old nog structures

PHASE 3

  •  Opening of the WARE Museum with basic operations

  • Building foot traffic 

PHASE 4

  • Achievement of economic stability

Launching of additional programs:​​

  • Farm to Table restaurant 

  • Resource Center/Artist Residency within the Living Museum

  • Children’s Education Center within the Living Museum
